After a decade of consulting with Barrington Consulting, gaining project, coaching, and training experience in many different sectors and industries, he started Newcombe Consulting, now called AI-First Consulting, to help others improve their operations with generative AI. Robert is currently working with Digital Nova Scotia and St. FX University as a subject matter expert to design and deliver an AI microcredential course for manufacturers. As a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, corporate mental health trainer and professional speaker Elizabeth’s core belief is that we all possess the ability to help someone who’s struggling. When armed with the right tools we can make a profound difference in what that journey looks like.
